Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and services there are NO REFUNDS, exchanges, or store credit. We do not accept returns, exchanges or store credits based on buyers remorse. All products are made available for viewing online before restocks to help you select the right products. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control, please contact the mail carrier for further details once you receive the tracking number. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
NO REFUND POLICY! All products may contain coconut oil, grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, vitamin E oil, flavoring oil, and mica. Please check for allergies prior to usage. We recommend doing a patch test prior to. You can email us at lhwlovehealthweath@gmail.com with any questions and we will be happy to assist you. Please double check your address when placing an order. LHW SKINCARE is not responsible for orders that have the wrong address and the order will NOT be refunded. If you leave a contact number on your order, we will reach out to try and fix the issue for your wrong address. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES. Cancellations are only available for orders that are still processing and have not shipped. Refunds will be issued in store credit via LHW gift card.
